Help Me Grow helps you guide families to Shasta County resources available to meet their needs.
Free Service
Help Me Grow is a free service for you and the families you serve with children from birth to age eight. The Help Me Grow care coordination team can assist you by locating the child development resources for the families and children you work with.
How Does Help Me Grow Support Providers?
Help Me Grow is your local resource for child development resources, connection to the online Ages & Stages Questionnaire and training for your staff. Our care coordination team is here to support your work with families with children birth to age eight by providing access to developmental screening and referral to services and supports.
