MEDICAL PROVIDERS
Parents turn to you for direction and advice. In today’s busy office, it can be hard to find time to locate appropriate resources for issues related to child development, behavior, and learning. Help Me Grow helps you make an easy connection to non-medical services that meet the needs of your patients from birth through age eight.
How it Works
When a family is referred to Help Me Grow, they speak directly with a care coordinator with access to the most current resources in Shasta County. When Help Me Grow refers families to services, a follow-up letter detailing the referrals is sent to your office for the child’s medical records. Keeping you informed of the referrals made to your patients is a Help Me Grow priority.
Free Service
Help Me Grow is a free service for you and your families. It demonstrates a stronger system of care for children that is valuable to parents and providers. It’s designed to make referral to services easier for you, your staff, and your families. It is free to use for parents and professionals.
